About the tenants:
We are sociable professionals who are looking to make friends as well as housemates. On the weeknights we enjoy chilling out, having a few drinks, watching films, venturing to the local pub and on the weekends we are pretty flexible, but if you like BBQ's in Summer you are in luck :).

The house is a 5 minute walk from the shops/supermarkets of Meanwood and 10 minutes walk from the pubs and nightlife of Chapel Allerton. Regular bus routes into town (from the bus stop a couple of minutes walk away).

Front and back garden with off-street parking for up to 5 cars, modern kitchen, large communal living room, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms.
