As an area this is a great place to live and the flat is situated just a few minutes walk from Chapel A's busy cafés, bars, restaurants and parks with Leeds city centre just 10 mins away.

The flat is located on the second floor in a quite leafy area and is refurbished to a high standard with wooden flooring and large double glazed windows giving it a bright, modern and cosy feel.

As its just two bedrooms this is perfect for those who are not looking for a big houseshare and the flat comes with outside parking as well as speedy 50Mb broadband.

So a bit about me, I am a young professional who has lived in Chapel Allerton for a number of years. I enjoy eating out, socialising, cooking as well as a glass of wine curled up in front of the TV.

I am ideally looking a professional female housemate who enjoys hanging out in front of the TV and going for a couple of drinks. Always nice to come back home to a friendly face at the end of a busy working day.
