I am 37, male and a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Consultant. I work hard, yet I know how to enjoy myself! My many interests include sport, health and fitness, skateboarding, music and DJ-ing as well as film and media. I am an amenable and sociable, easy going “people person” but I also appreciate my space and down time and respect the need for the same in others. I am generally a disciplined, clean and tidy person and try to run my life and surroundings as efficiently as possible, but that’s not to say I can kick back at the weekends, relax and have fun! I will however be slightly irritated by lights and heating being left on unnecessarily, making our shared bills excessive.
Housemates:
I am looking to share my home with two mature working professionals who are clean and tidy and will respect our mutual living arrangements. I appreciate friendly and easy going people who enjoy their space yet are willing to actively ensure a comfortable and happy household. It would be a bonus if you share similar interests, but you don't necessarily have to skateboard!

Each room is available for£450 per calendar month and includes Council tax, Water and Media. Utility bills will be split equally. There will be a 1 month trial period to ensure everybody is happy with the arrangement, followed by a 6 monthly renewable contract.
