Beach themed room to rent in Chapel Allerton

I have a lovely double beach themed room available to rent (Mon to Fri only would suit someone who works in leeds mon to fri), in a newly renovated modern house just off Scott Hall Road.

Amenities include: Off road parking / garage, large garden, internet, constant hot water, washing machine, dish washer, shared living room / bathroom and cable.

Location: 2 mins drive from the bars and restaurants in Chapel Allerton (or a 10 min stagger), Number 7 bus from door to City Centre (15 minutes bus ride) or 15 minutes drive into City Centre. Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away, however there is a very good corner shop, take away, chip shop, chemist and sports centre only 100 yards away.

About me: Chilled out professional, who likes to come home from work / gym and chill in front of TV, or with a nice dinner and glass (no make that a bottle) of wine. The only thing that really winds me up is leaving lights / tv’s on in rooms not being used.

Ideal flatmate: Someone who is considerate and doesn’t go around slamming doors at the crack of dawn, tidy (but not to OCD extend). Chilled out, able to entertain themselves. Oh and likes the odd glass of vino.
