2 Double Rooms On Hawthorns In Centre Of Chapel Al

Hi there,

I'm looking for one clean and tidy, young professional for the double room I have available. Aged 25 plus ideally. No contracts involved but prefer people expecting to stay at least 6 months. None smokers preferred as definitely no smoking in the house.

One double room is available with double bed on Hawthorn Vale in the centre of Chapel Allerton.
£380 per month including all bills for your convenience.
You're 1 minute away from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Chapel Allerton and the bus route in to town.

Its actually a four bed house but I keep a room for myself and my stuff. I won't be here most of the time so you'll have the luxury of the space of a four bedroom house between two people!
Normally the houses on the three Hawthorn streets have 4 people sharing.
You'll be sharing with one young professional gent. Very nice chap.

All mods cons including dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave etc.
WIFI internet is also included.
Plenty of cellar space for storage of your junk!
Theres one bathroom but I'll be putting in another in the near future.

Both rooms are large double rooms with drawers and wardrobe space. One has a walk-in wardrobe of sorts too.

All my kitchen stuff - crockery, knives n forks, cups n glasses etc are all here so no need to worry about that sort of stuff unless of course youre equipped with your own anyway!
