Double room in large flat in Chapel Allerton centre!

A double room in a large 2 floor apartment in the centre of Chapel Allerton. Our current housemate is moving out to buy her own place, so we are looking for a lovely new housemate!

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a good sized living room and large kitchen, one bathroom and a extra downstairs toilet. It comes furnished, and we have both had enough of living in random houseshares, so have made the effort to make it homely and a nice place to live.

Sharing with myself (Kayleigh) and my housemate Keely, both young professionals, who both work Monday- Friday so week nights tend to be a bit quieter, but we like all the usual stuff! Taking advantage of all the bars and places to eat in Chapel Allerton, then trying to work it off in the gym! Cinema, socialising - all the normal really.

We are looking for someone to move in with relatively similar interests (we aren't too demanding on this point, but being a tea drinker is a big must)! Mostly we want someone who will fit in with our home, and wants to live in a home, not just a room in a shared house.
