Hi my name's Laura (28), I currently live with two other girls Becky (27) and Rachel (27). Becky will leaving us and we are looking for someone to replace her in our friendly house.
We have a large double room which is furnished on the second floor of a four bed terrace (yes we have a spare room available) in the Methleys, Chapel Allerton. The house is modern with large kitchen, living room and bathroom (equipped with an amazing power shower!).
We are a professional household and enjoy relaxing watching TV, movies etc with the occasional bottle of wine.
The boring bit.... the rent is £283pcm excluding bills which are approximately £100 (inc. council tax) and the bond is £400.
