Double room in Chapel Allerton for short term lets

PLEASE NOTE: THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM 1 AUGUST UNTIL 31 AUGUST. THEN NOT UNTIL 2017.

I am easy going, but like the quiet life, looking after my home and garden. I'll offer a friendly welcome no matter your preferences or nationality and will help with settling in Leeds if you're new to the area. I'm up for a chat, swapping books or a local walk. I'm looking for tidy lodgers, who will respect this as a home for both of us.

The room is in a semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Close to bus routes and shops/restaurants/ bars (5 minutes). 10 minutes to Leeds City Centre. Off street parking is available. The living/kitchen/ bathroom are shared and there are front & rear gardens with a shed for bicycle.

I am looking for mature students or professionals for short term lets. Must be tidy. International students welcome. I speak English, German, Spanish and I am learning Punjabi.

Rent includes bills, landline calls weekend & evenings, broadband as agreed, use of washing machine and all kitchen facilities. Towls and bedding provided. No TV.
