Comfortable modern house with easy transport links

I have two rooms to let in a large detached house, one double room and one single room. There is a lovely big luxury bathroom with freestanding bath and a jumbo shower. The newly extended ground floor provides a kitchen and sitting/dining open plan area, with a separate utility room. The rear garden is spacious and a great place to relax.

There is room for two cars on the driveway.
There is wireless broadband.
The railway station is five minutes walk away with frequent services to Leeds, Bradford and Ilkley. There is also a bus service from the village to Otley and Harrogate.

Burley is a village to the north of Leeds/Bradford, just outside the urban area and surrounded by beautiful countryside yet with excellent transport links.

I'm a teacher, and I sometimes work away from the house on contract, so I want to find two housemates who will look after the place while I'm away. I do like to keep the house clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left 'til morning please! Not too much noise during the working week, and strictly no parties.
