(Short-term rental only - 3 months max!)

We have a nice double room on offer in our semi-detached house with ALL bills INCLUDED in the rental price (gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV license, Virgin broadband, gardener - equates to over £100/person).

The house is situated on a quiet street with no other houses opposite. It's in a nice part of Burley and really close to convenience stores. It's 15mins walk to Headingley & Morrisons and within spitting distance from two major bus routes into Leeds city centre.

The house is nicely furnished with UPVC throughout, powerful shower and a burglar alarm. It also has a:

- Kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, gas hob and fan-assisted oven
- A separate utility room for the washing machine (to shut out noise)
- Cosy Lounge
- Conservatory/dining room overlooking garden
- South-facing garden with use of a gas BBQ
- Garage for extra storage and a drive/on-street parking (parking is never a problem)

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable mattress.

The house is shared with just two other friendly professionals, Dan and Alba. We are looking for someone tidy, respectful and who would like to participate in our regular house meals ;)
