Homely flat 5 minutes from the city centre

Two 22-year-old female professionals seeking a third, compatible housemate who’d like to join us in our lovely flat just outside of Leeds city centre.

We’re on Kirkstall Road, directly opposite Cardigan Fields, so the flat is just a stones throw away from the supermarket, gym, cinema, bowling alley and a load of bars and restaurants. Also, buses into the city centre come every five minutes and the stop is right around the corner.

It’s nicely decorated with triple glazing and we’ve done our best to make the flat feel like home so we’re keen to have someone who’s clean and tidy and who’ll care about it too.

We're both primary school teachers, who work during the week, but definitely try and make the most of our weekends. We're friendly, welcoming and ideally, we’d like someone similar to ourselves who’d be happy to get to know us and hang out from time to time.

Bills are an extra £60 a month and that covers water, internet, gas - everything except council tax.
