I'm moving out of this beautiful 6 bed house at the start of August and am looking for someone to take over my room. It's a very large terrace house close to the cinema, asda and burley station in kirkstall.
The room is the biggest in the house with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house was renovated only last year so everything is modern and neutrally decorated. The bathroom would be shared with only two others.
The rent is 400 per month with all bills included and a complementary cleaning service every other week.
It's a very sociable house who often cook joint meals and go out together but respect each other's personal space. Ideally we're looking for a friendly male/female who would fit well into this lovely house.
