The property is only around a 25-30 min walk from Leeds City Centre, and is next to an Asda and Iceland. Bills aren't included in the rent, however they would be split. Seeing as the house is naturally warm anyway, you wouldn't need the heating on.
The house is only £325pcm which is a great price considering it's so close to Leeds City Centre. It's ideal for any student or professional, and is a lovely house.
