About me:
I'm Daisy, a 28 year old full-time PhD student. I've owned my house for 2 years and I live in it with my two cats and usually a lodger. I am a pescetarian and would like a lodger who won't cook meat in the house. In my free time, I enjoy going to gigs, volunteering at a local independent cinema, and watching trashy Tv.
About the house and room:
The house is situated un Burley, between Burley and Kirkstall Road. It is convenient for buses into town, and also the cycling route on Kirkstall Road. It's 10 minutes walk from Burley Park train station, and there is free on street parking. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as the University of Leeds.
The house is a two bedroom terraced house, with a recently fitted bathroom, Virgin internet/TV, and a TiVo box. The room is a furnished double attic room.
About the lodger:
I'm looking for a lodger who is laid back, tidy and respectful. Ideally the lodger will also be a cat lover! I am currently looking for someone who wants to rent for a maximum of 3 months.
