We have a double room available from the 26th April, in a 4-bedroom houseshare in Burley (LS4, Haddon Place).

Priced at just £310 per month, all bills are inclusive - including wifi broadband, council tax, a cleaner that comes once a month, window cleaning and gardening services.

The room has a double-bed, large wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside unit, and full length mirror. It's a small room, but is priced lower than all the other rooms we have, and there's plenty of other storage space in the house available.

The house itself has all the necessary amenities, including a combi-boiler and power shower (so there's always hot water), Washign machine, dryer, lots of fridge/freezer space, communal TV. We also have two spare rooms, which can be used for laundry or storage (if you have suitcases or boxes you need to store somewhere).

The current housemates are all mid-20's and professionals, tidy, clean, sociable and easy to get along with.

The location is brilliant. Burley is an up and coming area, home to professionals & young families, situated just off Kirkstall Road, very close to the leisure complex and supermarkets.
Just 1.5miles from the city centre, there's a bus stop just near the end of the road, with regular routes into town, and Burley Park Train Station is a short walk away.

The contract is a minimum of 6 months and then on a rolling monthly basis afterwards. The deposit is £310 and is payable upfront and will be held in the deposit protection scheme until the tenancy ends.
