Double Room, Viewings With Flatmates

Our house is on the corner of Beechwood Mount, leading on to Beechwood Crescent, it's close to Burley Park train station then it's afew minutes into Leeds train station. The house itself has four floors, there's two bathrooms along with a large kitchen/diner and separate living room that we tend to spend our time in.

The bedroom we have available is a double room. The room is available immediately however our priority is finding the right housemate to join us.

There's currently three of us, two girls, one guy (and a cat). We socialise together but we also have our own space if we want it. Smoking must be outside of the house. If you've got any questions about us feel free to ask.

We hold the viewings ourselves so that we we can get a better feel for you and you for us as this is our home and we want to make sure we can all live together in keeping with this.

All bills are included. The deposit is to be discussed with the landlord along with any paperwork details - each room is priced separately therefore the deposits differ, we can put you in touch if you're interested.
