My house is in a great location, on a quiet, professional, cobbled no through road. 2 mins walk from Burley Park Station, with easy access to the city centre by foot (30mins), train (4mins), bus (10mins) or car (5mins) and loads of on street parking it’s the perfect location for professionals in Leeds.

The house is set over four floors so there is plenty of room, with a large dining kitchen, smart living room and tidy bathroom. The attic bedroom available and has two built in wardrobes, chest of draws and comfy bed.

The rent includes all bills, council tax, gas, electric, Virgin (TV, phone and wi-fi), etc. My ideal housemate/ lodger would be an easy going, laid back, tidy and respectful, working professional who I get on with (no hassle, worries or problems).

I'm a laid back, busy, professional. I work in design and marketing mainly from home. I like to cook, after work drinks, tennis, films and life in Leeds.
