Double room and bathroom inc all bills £380

Hi,

I'm looking for a friendly, clean, chilled lodger to share my lovely house in Bramley.

My house is on a quiet street. There is a regular bus service into Leeds and the bus stop is at the end of the street (number 49). I am one mile from both the nearest train station bramley and Kirkstall Morrisons.

I have a large double bedroom available with a beautiful large bathroom, I have an ensuite so you will have main access to the bathroom. The house is very comfortable and is a home not a house share.

My idea of a nice evening during the week is may be a gym session if I am in the mood! Cooking, catching up with friends, climbing, horse riding, mountain biking or chilling watching TV. On the weekends I like to make the most of it if I haven’t had a hard week at work.

The rent of £380 per month includes council tax, electricity, gas, water, land line and internet bills (but not calls). I would also require a bond of £380. The room will be available from 28th December. Please get in touch if you'd like more information or to come round and visit.
