Hi, I have a double room to rent in my house in Bramley.

I am looking for a friendly professional who is considerate of others and likes peace and quiet (no party animals!). I currently share the house with my brother-in-law but he only stays over Friday evening to Monday morning.

I have a cat. She spends most of her time sleeping in the living room and minds her own business so she won't bother you.

The house is a 3 bed end of terrace, double glazed with central heating. Modern décor, open plan, large kitchen and living/dining room, modern bathroom. The room is furnished, with wireless internet and lockable door. On-street parking available. The house is close to Tesco, Aldi and a post office. Excellent regular bus links to Leeds and Bradford (bus stops are within a 5-7 minute walk, depending on the preferred bus line).

Rent of £300 per month is payable in advance, all bills included, £100 deposit, 4 week notice period. Sorry no smokers, no children, no DSS and no partners staying overnight.
