So you know, I have a cat, she’s very friendly but keeps herself to herself mostly and goes out during the day, she's in on an evening.

Hi. So I’m the home owner and I shall be living in the property, the house is my 'home' and I would like someone to live with who will look after the house like their own. I like to keep the place nice clean and tidy and would be looking for someone who likes to do the same. I would like my new housemate to feel at 'home', not just rent the room from me as such If that makes sense.

I'm just looking for a nice housemate really, friendly, considerate and respectful. I don't want to be like passing ships as such so It would be nice to be able to get along as friends not just housemates.

A little about myself: I like to keep myself busy, I often pop to see my friends on an evening after work, I like eating out, I like making meals in with friends. I go to the gym.
