Two nice rooms in homely, relaxed house
Hi there,
We have two rooms available in our professional house in Leeds. The first room is a large, spacious double and the second is a smaller double. Both rooms are fully furnished with a high quality mattresses.
The house is well kept and the rent includes all bills and broadband. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac street with on street parking and is only a minute's walk from the supermarket, bus station and pub (remember pubs?!). The train station is a 10 minute walk and is one stop to the city centre, it takes under 10 minutes into town.
Staying in the house is Kai-Leen and Sarah. Both are easygoing professionals in their mid 20s who get on well with anyone, work normal hours and like to keep the place clean and tidy. They're looking for anyone similar to share with.
The contract is flexible, but we're looking for someone who wants to stay for a while. I’m a private landlord and have been renting rooms in Leeds for 15 years, I have never charged any fees and have a good relationship with all my tenants.
