On street parking, but off street parking can be arranged with hotel on opposite side of road (free).

There is a bus stop on the opposite side of the road (number 4) which takes you up to Pudsey Town centre. There is also another bus stop about 1 minute away which takes you into Leeds town centre (stops directly outside train station).

Rent includes room rental and standard bills - Water, Council Tax, Electricity and Gas.

Ideal for young profesional/mature student.
Non smokers prefered and there's no smoking in the house - sorry.
