Theres a shared lounge with a nice TV and comfy sofas. The dining room is spacious and the kitchen is of high quality with washing machine, double oven and all the usual amenities. The house is beautifully decorated with hardwood floors throughout downstairs, carpets upstairs.

There is a private secluded and easy to maintain patio to the rear of the house, perfect for BBQ's etc.

I only rent to working professionals and am looking for people who want to live in a clean and tidy house that is kept in good condition. The price also includes a cleaner who comes twice a month to help keep everything clean and keep the house nice.
