Large, comfortable, furnished double room to let in clean, well-maintained, quiet house - 2 miles from Leeds Centre with good transport links.

The let is available Monday to Friday only.

Roadside parking is available and there are several bus stops close by. There is a cycle lane at the end of the road that goes to Leeds city centre (and Bradford), and there is safe storage for a bike.

The rent includes Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, and water bills so nothing extra to pay. Broadband speed is 17 MB/s.

I'm fairly quiet and about to start changing careers and doing quite a lot of studying, in addition to working. So, although it's nice to chat occasionally, I'm quite independent and mainly keep myself to myself.

However, if any repairs need doing, I sort them out as quickly as I can. And Wi-fi is essential here.

Takeaways and a Tesco Express are within walking distance. The area has mixed properties but is in a decent neighbourhood. It's fine to leave belongings here at weekends. Duvet, pillows and sheets can be provided if required.
You would have your own kitchen cupboard/draw space and plenty of fridge/freezer room.
