We have a large double room available in a house share in armley. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Living room with leather sofas, large tv with sky tv which can also be added to individual rooms. Internet included. Large kitchen.. 2 ovens, fridges, freezers and washing machine. 2 bathrooms one with a big bath and one with shower. 2 toilets. There is also a cellar which is great for storage and having people over to stay. Everyone who lives here is friendly and outgoing and we all love sport! 200 a month includes rent, council tax and sky. Then every 3 months we pay the gas/electric and water bill. This has been a maximum of 40 over the winter so we have never paid over 250 for a month for everything.
