Two rooms in lovely homely house
I have a room available with a double bed in our large Victorian house in Armley.
The rent is £280 (will upload photos later). The rent includes council tax, internet (virgin fiber optic), water etc.
Myself and my husband bought the house 10 years ago and have renovated it into a beautiful home. Work has now taken us to Bristol and as we do not want to sell the house so we are renting the rooms. The house has a large kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as a garden which is great for BBQ's and a spot of gardening! We're looking for tenants who will both enjoy living in the house, its a great house for dinner parties, and who will look after it.
We already have threeworking professionals in the house and are thus looking for another non-smoking working professional who will be respectful of the others in the house who work during the week.
Transport for getting into town is fantastic with around 5 buses to choose from all within a few minutes walk from the front door.
Electricity and gas are divided by the people in the house but are fairly low as we have a new combi boiler.
