Lovely double room available in a spacious end terrace in Armley with lots of character. The house is located near the top of Town Street between a small park and a playing field, 5-10 minutes' walk from local shops and with a bus stop at the end of the street which takes you directly into Leeds. It is also 5-10 minutes' drive from Leeds city centre and from M621, M62 and M1.

The room is furnished and all bills are included except council tax which would include the single-person discount as I'm studying. Unlimited broadband is included.

There's a spacious modern kitchen and dining area which includes a washing machine and a garden to the rear (the biggest on the street) which is enclosed so is nice to sit out in. Plenty of parking is available on the street.

I work part-time in a school and am a postgrad student so I am out during some weekdays and I do some freelance work from my office at home. I'm into lots of music and gig around Leeds when I have time.

On an evening I like to watch TV and films and enjoy cooking and a glass of wine. I work out and go running and like eating out and going to gigs. I'm keeping the rent low because it's more important that I find a housemate I get on with who has similar interests etc.

The room is available now. A deposit of £175 and a reference is required. I'd also consider Mon-Fri renting.
