Looking for an extra person to share with 3 lovely current tenants. Excellent motorway links and only 2 miles from Leeds City Centre (about a fiver in a taxi!). There are buses every 5 minutes from the end of the road into Leeds. All bills included as well as fibre optic super fast broadband and sky plus. Current tenants are friendly, clean and tidy and looking for another considerate housemate. The house is South facing so gets the sun all day and is opposite a church and next to a primary school so is quiet and not overlooked. It was freshly decorated last summer with new flooring/carpets throughout and a new bathroom. The bedroom is slightly small, has great views of Leeds and its own separate toilet.
