Large room available in a larger than average family home in the Primley Park area of Leeds. Existing occupants include both family and paying guests all are friendly. Both paying guests have been here on a long term basis. There is a friendly, well behaved pet dog on the premises. Shared bathroom facilities which include both a jaccusi bath and walk in shower. Other facilities include a large shared kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and cupboard and fridge space. There is access to deck and garden with a small shared lounge area which can be used if required. The room also has a digital television ariel. All bills, including internet, are included.
